1. Head out of Darlington, through Cockerton towards the A1(M) motorway.
2. Cross the motorway, heading towards Bishop Auckland on the A68.
3. At the next roundabout, take the right fork, heading towards Heighington on the A6072.
4. Continue for several miles until you come to a large roundabout and take the third exit, signposted 'School Aycliffe' and 'Newton Aycliffe.'
5. Follow the road through a 40mph limit and when it bears round to the left, you will see signs for 'The Chestnuts', which is a new housing development, on your right and a telephone box on your left. Turn left just after the telephone box into 'Eastfields Road.'
6. Follow the road down a short hill, turn left at the bottom into 'Lord Neville Drive' then second left into Sheppards Croft.
7. Park in the cul-de-sac and you will see number 2 (a detached bungalow), on an elevated site with a drive to the rear. The Croft Clinic is at the front of the building with steps leading to it. Please ring the bell and you will be seen immediately.
